The <div> tag is a container part that encapsulates other page features and divides the HTML document into sections. In order to group together HTML features and apply CSS types to many features at once, web developers utilize <div> features. For example, the developer can make benefit of CSS types and utilize a font to all paragraphs at once via placating a font style to the <div> tag instead of coding the same type for each paragraph feature through wrapping a group of paragraph features into a <div> feature.
