Html – page layouts and templates

HTML layout is too fundamental. There are limited options exist with the body tag alone. Tables, however, are the base of HTML layouts. Any feature may be located within a table, involving tables themselves!

The white table (identified as inner) exists within the (shell) table, the black one. A light bulb should be going off within your head as you search how this system will let for the production of infinite layouts.


Html – standard layout

A moderately standard layout includes a banner near the top, navigation, and your content or display box. These are the base to any good website.

This method is fundamental and organized as well. The code becomes compound rather quick, so you have to be sure to correctly consider height and width values to your tables as well. The more precise you are about heights and widths, the less space there will be for error and debugging.

Tips

  • Your code can become quite compound rather quick. Continue an arranged spacing system so it becomes easy to find where one table ends and the other beings.
  • Use cellspacing to add usable margins to your content.
  • Keep things clear. Be innovative, yet arranged.
